STARTTI-VALMENNUKSEN 30 PÄIVÄN TYYTYVÄISYYSTAKUU

Tyytyväisyystakuu on voimassa, vaikka valmennuksen käyttö olisi jo aloitettu. Palautuksen ehtona ei ole tietyn harjoitusmäärän suorittaminen tai harjoitusohjeiden noudattamisen osoittaminen.

Tämä vapaaehtoinen takuu koskee nimenomaan STARTTI-valmennusta. Se ei koske henkilökohtaista valmennusta sisältäviä Taso 2- tai Taso 3 -kokonaisuuksia.

03 / MUUT PALVELUT

MUIDEN DIGITAALISTEN VALMENNUSTEN PALAUTUSEHDOT

Muille digitaalisille verkkovalmennustuotteille, joille on myönnetty 30 päivän palautusoikeus, sovelletaan kyseisen tuotteen ostohetkellä voimassa olleita ehtoja.

Aiemmin ilmoitetun yleisen 30 päivän palautuskäytännön mukaan palautuksen edellytyksenä on ollut ohjelman ohjeiden noudattaminen sekä palaute siitä, miksi palvelu ei vastannut odotuksia. Nämä lisäehdot eivät koske STARTTI-valmennuksen ehdotonta tyytyväisyystakuuta.

Henkilökohtaista ohjausta sisältävien valmennusten vapaaehtoiset palautusehdot ilmoitetaan erikseen tuotteen oston yhteydessä. Asiakkaan lakisääteiset oikeudet säilyvät aina.

LAKISÄÄTEINEN PERUUTTAMISOIKEUS

Etämyynnissä kuluttajalla on lähtökohtaisesti 14 päivän lakisääteinen peruuttamisoikeus, johon sovelletaan kuluttajansuojalain säännöksiä.

Peruuttamisoikeuteen voivat vaikuttaa ostetun tuotteen tai palvelun luonne sekä se, onko digitaalisen sisällön toimittaminen tai palvelun suorittaminen aloitettu peruuttamisaikana kuluttajan nimenomaisesta pyynnöstä ja lain edellyttämillä suostumuksilla.

Vapaaehtoiset palautus- ja tyytyväisyystakuut eivät rajoita kuluttajalle lain perusteella kuuluvia oikeuksia.

NÄIN PYYDÄT MAKSUN PALAUTUSTA

Lähetä palautuspyyntö asiakaspalveluumme sähköpostitse tuotteeseen sovellettavan palautusajan kuluessa.

Kerro nimesi, ostoksessa käyttämäsi sähköpostiosoite ja mahdollinen tilausnumero, jotta voimme tunnistaa ostoksen.

STARTTI-valmennuksen 30 päivän tyytyväisyystakuun käyttämiseen riittää selkeä palautuspyyntö määräajassa. Tyytymättömyyden syytä ei tarvitse ilmoittaa.

06 / MAKSUN PALAUTUS

HYVITYKSET

Hyvitämme palautukseen oikeuttavan maksun viimeistään 14 päivän kuluessa palautuspyynnön vastaanottamisesta.

Hyvitys tehdään alkuperäisellä maksutavalla, ellei asiakkaan kanssa erikseen toisin sovita.

02 / STARTTI — 30-DAY MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE

The guarantee remains valid even if you have already started using the coaching programme. Completing a certain number of workouts or demonstrating compliance with programme instructions is not required.

This voluntary guarantee applies only to STARTTI. It does not apply to Level 2 or Level 3 packages that include personal coaching.

03 / OTHER COACHING SERVICES

Other digital coaching products offered with a 30-day refund policy are subject to the terms in effect at the time of purchase.

Under the previously stated general 30-day refund policy, the customer was required to follow the programme instructions and provide feedback explaining why the service did not meet expectations. These additional conditions do not apply to the STARTTI guarantee.

Voluntary refund terms for packages including personal coaching are specified separately at purchase. Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

04 / STATUTORY RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Consumers generally have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts, subject to applicable consumer protection law.

The right of withdrawal may depend on the nature of the purchased content or service and whether delivery or performance has begun during the withdrawal period following the consumer's express request and the legally required acknowledgements and consents.

Voluntary satisfaction and refund guarantees do not restrict rights granted by applicable law.

05 / HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND

Contact customer service by email within the applicable refund period.

Include your name, the email address used for the purchase and your order number, if available, so that we can identify the purchase.

For STARTTI, a clear refund request submitted within 30 days of purchase is sufficient. No reason for dissatisfaction needs to be given.

06 / REFUNDS

Eligible payments will be refunded no later than 14 days after receipt of the refund request.

Refunds will be issued using the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed with the customer.
